A radian is a unit of angle, equal to an angle at the center of a circle whose arc is equal in length to the radius. 2π radians also equals 360 degrees, which is the full length of a circle, π radians equals 180 degrees, and π/2 equal 90 degrees. The radians are coterminal to the degrees. The radian and formula for circumference of a circle relate because the formula for circumference is C=2π*r, and r is the radius. and a radian is a unit of angle, equal to an angle at the center of a circle whose arc is equal in length to the radius. Radians relate to degrees because 2π radians equals 360 degrees. I prefer degrees because that is what I am used to using. Radians seem more mathematically pure because they use pie and look more mathematical than degrees. Also you see degrees used more than radians for example temperature, radians are used more in just math not other things, so they just seam more mathematically pure.
